Every once in a while, a full-circle moment happens – and today, I had one.
Variety published an exclusive feature on a tool I built from the ground up for independent filmmakers: Festival Fixr™, the first AI-powered strategist designed to help artists navigate the festival circuit with clarity, not chaos.
Why This Matters (To Me and Maybe to You)
If you’ve followed my work as an actor or filmmaker, you know I’m drawn to stories that speak to transformation – on screen and off.
But behind every film is a second story:
The post-production maze. The festival grind. The rejection loops no one wants to talk about. The silence after you hit “Submit.”
I’ve lived that story more times than I can count. And over the years, I’ve helped other filmmakers navigate it too – quietly, one strategy call or DM at a time.
Eventually, I realized something:
What if the support filmmakers needed didn’t depend on access, luck, or knowing the “right” people?
What if we could level the playing field?
So I Built It.

Storytelling has always been at the center of what I do. This time, the story was one that needed to be built, not cast.
